About Fletcher Capital
Fletcher comes from founder Evan Meagher’s middle name, and from “fleccher,” Middle English for “arrow maker.” At Fletcher Capital, we aim to restore previously underperforming companies to the point where they can once again hit their sales and profitability targets: hence, the arrow in our logo.
We can provide liquidity to all stakeholders of distressed companies and preserve going concern value with a flexible approach to transaction structuring. Our ability to accomplish these goals rests upon the four ideological pillars that underpin Fletcher Capital’s operations:
- The integrity to act honestly and scrupulously in all of our dealings,
- The agility to adapt to rapidly-changing turnaround situations,
- The creativity to apply new solutions to existing problems, and
- The tenacity to carry out those solutions regardless of the challenges faced.
